Tuition-reimbursement plan
We know how important it is to continue developing your knowledge,
skills, and abilities. After 6 months of continuous full-time
employment at Rosetta Stone, you will be eligible for our educational
assistance plan to help you further your studies.
Rosetta Stone Ltd. 401(k) savings plan
Our 401(k) plan is administered by Mass Mutual. When you contribute
to your 401(k), we match your savings dollar-for-dollar up to 4 percent
of your salary with no vesting schedule.
Two superior healthcare plans to choose from
Through Aetna, two superior medical plans are offered
for Rosetta Stone employees, providing prescription
coverage. You also have the option of enrolling in VSP Enhanced Vision coverage and our dental plan
through Delta dental.
Competitive plans for holidays and personal days off
Full-time employees will be paid eight (8) hours for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day,
President's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after
Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, as well as two floating holidays.
Vacation days are provided in full in the beginning of each year. Number of days
provided increases at 4 years and then again at 10 years of service. For new
hires, the allotment is prorated based on the date of hire. In addition,
full-time employees will receive 7 days (56 hours) of sick leave per calendar
year.

Working with us, you'll receive a free Rosetta Stone product so you
can study your new language. You'll also get a discount on product
purchases for family and friends.
