Rosetta Stone needs your skills to help us change the way the world learns languages. We’re looking for qualified native speakers to work from their home and teach online classes part time, utilizing our unique pedagogy and methods in a fast-paced environment. Studio Coaches facilitate lively and energetic online classes for students of all levels.  What languages are we looking for?
Arabic, Chinese Mandarin, Dutch, English UK, English US, Farsi, French, German, Greek Hebrew, Hindi, Irish, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish Latin America, Spanish Spain, Swedish, Tagalog, Turkish, and Vietnamese.
Where do our coaches need to be located?
This is a work from home position but we do have semi-annual meetings in each of our Hub Cities. We look for candidates who are located within 50 miles of one of the following cities: Chicago, Harrisonburg, VA, Miami, New York City, Seattle, or Washington DC.
How many hours per week do coaches typically work?
Coaches typically work a total of 8-15 hours per week based on learner demand. This time could include leading Studio sessions, working in Rosetta World, and reviewing language-specific Rosetta Stone content.
Are there any benefits associated with the Studio Coach position?

Will there be a training process?
Absolutely! All hired Studio Coaches will go through online training sessions before coaching in a live, interactive setting. Initial training lasts approximately 30-40 hours and will be completed within 3 weeks of hire.

How does the hiring process work?
The Studio Coach Interview teams visit each of our Hub Cities 2 to 3 times per year to hold mass interview days. Here is a little more information about the interview journey:
- Submit an application through our careers page
- Candidates will be asked to complete a voice audition.
- For candidates who successfully pass voice auditions they will be asked to do an onsite interview.
- If the interview goes well candidates will next complete a technical system check to ensure it meets our minimum requirements.
- Based on the number of open positions we have, we can move forward with an offer or consider you as future openings arrive.
